Accommodations and Hotel Room Information: All Walking Connection Tour pre-booked rooms are requested to be non-smoking. All room requests are on a space-available basis only. Your preference will be submitted and requested for the accommodations we are using for the adventure and are subject to space availability. They are not guaranteed at the time of your request.

Airport Arrival and Departures
This Trip Begins:

Arrival Airport: Shannon International Airport (SNN), trip begins in the morning of May 18 or June 15, 2024 (Day1) at Airport - Parknasilla Resort and Spa.
Optional pre-night stays can be arranged for you at an extra cost.
This Trip Ends:
Shannon International Airport (SNN), this trip ends after breakfast on May 25 or June 22, 2024 /Day 8 with a transfer to the airport.

Prices | Payments | Cancellations
Prices (US Dollars).
Double Occupancy: from $5998 per person.
Single Occupancy: (Limited Availability) $1400 supplement.

Deposits
​
An initial deposit of $750 USD per GUEST is required to reserve space. Deposit payments should be made directly to The Walking Connection. Space CAN ONLY BE HELD with a full deposit.

Payments
​
Payments must be made according to the schedule and are subject to cancellation and penalty policy.
Final payment is due on or before 75 days prior to the trip.
We request that all final payments be made by check, wire transfer or credit card/PayPal/Venmo. Credit card and PayPal/Venmo payments for final amount due are subject to a 3% surcharge of total due. Canadian (or other non-U.S. Credit cards) are subject to a 4.5% surcharge. Payments can be made online or by phone. The Walking Connection will invoice, collect, and process all final payments.

Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy
​​
Should a member choose to cancel their tour, the following terms will apply:

For cancellations 5 months or more in advance of trip, we refund your initial deposit less a $200 per person administrative fee. If your deposit was a credit from a previous trip postponement, the amount will be used as a future credit.
After that:

For cancellations 76 days to 5 months in advance of the trip, $750 deposit is non-refundable.

For cancellations 75 days or less prior to the trip and no-shows, 100% of the trip price is nonrefundable.

No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.

All cancellations must be made in writing and delivered to Walking Connection via e-mail and/or US Postal Service. Your cancellation date is when your notice is received and confirmed by Walking Connection, not the postmark date.

Additional Payments For Optional Services
​
The Walking Connection may assist you with pre and post-adventure travel services that the company may contract and invoice directly. These services may be subject to different terms and conditions, which the Walking Connection will detail for each guest individually. Payments for additional Walking Connection services are payable by credit card.
