Airport Arrival and Departures
This Trip Begins:

Arrival Airport: Entebbe International Airport (EBB), trip begins on Oct. 26, 2024 (Day1at Airport - Protea Hotel (Located at the Airport).
Optional pre- and post night stays can be arranged for you at an extra cost.
This Trip Ends:
Entebbe International Airport (EBB), this trip ends after lunch on Nov. 3, 2024 /Day 9 with a transfer to the airport.

Prices (US Dollars).
Double Occupancy: from $9498 per person. (*$8998 per person for High Mileage Club Members)
Single Occupancy: (Limited Availability) $1400 supplement.

(* High Mileage Club is the exclusive program for people that have already completed at least one Walking Connection trip.)
Deposits

An initial deposit of $1900 USD per GUEST is required to reserve space. Space CAN ONLY BE HELD with a full deposit.

This trip requires a $1900 per person deposit. Please complete the payment form and make your deposit payment. NOTE: YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT IS USED TO PURCHASE GOVERNMENT PERMITS AND MAKE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION, TRANSFERS, CREDITS, OR REFUNDS OF INITIAL DEPOSITS FOR ANY REASON. * Please see the Trip Details for additional information and consider purchasing "Cancel For Any Reason"Trip Insurance.

Payments
​
Payments must be made according to the schedule and are subject to cancellation and penalty policy.
Final payment is due on or before 75 days prior to the trip.
We request that all final payments be made by check, wire transfer or credit card/PayPal/Venmo. Credit card and PayPal/Venmo payments for final amount due are subject to a 3% surcharge of total due. Canadian (or other non-U.S. Credit cards) are subject to a 4.5% surcharge. Payments can be made online or by phone. The Walking Connection will invoice, collect, and process all final payments.

Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy

Should a member choose to cancel their tour, the following terms will apply:

NOTE: YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT IS USED TO PURCHASE GOVERNMENT PERMITS AND MAKE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION, TRANSFERS, CREDITS, OR REFUNDS OF INITIAL DEPOSITS FOR ANY REASON.

After that:

For cancellations 75 days or less prior to the trip and no-shows, 100% of the trip price is nonrefundable.

No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.

All cancellations must be made in writing and delivered to Walking Connection via e-mail and/or US Postal Service. Your cancellation date is when your notice is received and confirmed by Walking Connection, not the postmark date.

Additional Payments For Optional Services
​
The Walking Connection may assist you with pre and post-adventure travel services that the company may contract and invoice directly. These services may be subject to different terms and conditions, which the Walking Connection will detail for each guest individually. Payments for additional Walking Connection services are payable by credit card.
